Dominick Abramo State Farm is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our Staten Island office.
We're looking for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working toward measurable goals. Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
What You'll Do
- Sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products
- Work company-provided leads and opportunities from our existing customer base
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations and insurance reviews
- Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects
- Prepare quotes and present insurance recommendations
- Cross-sell additional products based on customer needs
- Overcome objections and close new business
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Meet weekly and monthly activity and production goals
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- Confident communicating with customers by phone
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, motivated, and coachable
- Organized and comfortable learning new technology
Experience in insurance, automotive sales, banking, wireless, financial services, real estate, home improvement, or other goal-driven sales environments is a plus.
