We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to our customers
Work with Dispatch to fill the board
Handle customer inquiries
Provide Clients with our Promotional Specials
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Survey customers to ensure top level of customer satisfaction
Reach out to gather positive public reviews
Contact existing inactive clients to revive relationship
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
