Overview:

This is your opportunity to help a boutique Staten Island real estate Team in a top-tier nationwide firm.  Use your people, organizational and communication skills, and your friendly way about you to resolve administrative issues before they arise.  This will be a fast-paced position, that will enjoy your attention to detail and creative mind.  You are solutions-driven, exercise great judgment, have a practical mindset and a sense of humor.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests, including email, texts, and calls
  • Organize workflow and build efficiency and effective responsiveness into all communications
  • Strategically coordinate the calendar of the Team leader, including scheduling relevant meetings with the team, business council members, community organizations, and non-profits
  • Monitor each Team listing from start to finish
  • Learn, implement and manage all systems for listing clients, lead generation, and database management 
  • Create and oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) as well as Team website
  • Capture leads generated through marketing efforts
  • Work with NYC office staff to assist in developing creative marketing campaigns
  • Conduct and compile market research to find answers about real estate habits and trends in similar areas
  • Input contacts and data into client relationship management system (CRM)
  • Assist with other administrative duties and special projects

What We’re Looking For In You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of real estate experience in an administrative and/or marketing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough understanding of traditional and digital marketing elements and market research methods
  • Articulate in speech and written communication
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible in daily routine with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google suite of products, marketing software, and applications
  • Associate’s Degree or higher

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience in or knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate
