Telemarketer/ Data Representative

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Telemarketer / Data Entry Representative to join
our team. In this role, you will contact existing customers to verify and update their
account information while accurately entering and maintaining customer records in our
CRM system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication
skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
 Contact existing customers by phone to verify and update their account
information.
 Ensure customer contact details and other records are accurate and current.
 Enter, update, and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system.
 Document customer interactions and any account changes.
 Identify and correct incomplete or inaccurate customer records.
 Maintain a professional and courteous manner during all customer interactions.
 Meet daily call and data entry goals while maintaining high accuracy.
 Follow company procedures and data privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
 Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or data entry preferred.
 Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
 Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills

 Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
 Familiarity with technology or consumer electronics.
 Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.

Salary range: $35,568- $38,200
Work Location: 105 Willow Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305
Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification Requirements
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a state’s department
of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical
experience.
Skills Requirement
Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per
minute.
An aptitude exam may be administered.
