Finance Manager

IlluminArt Productions, a nonprofit on Staten Island, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll
• Maintain QuickBooks records and financial files
• Track grants, restricted funds, and program budgets
• Prepare financial and grant-related reports
• Monitor invoicing, reimbursements, and contract billing
• Assist with audit preparation and internal financial procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
• Proficiency with QuickBooks required
• Nonprofit accounting, grant management, budgeting, and financial reporting experience preferred

Salary: $65,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience
Start Date: August 1, 2026
