Rumble Boxing is a high-energy, boxing-inspired fitness concept that combines HIIT, metabolic conditioning, and strength training. Classes are 45–60 minutes, featuring a mix of aqua-bag punching for cardio and floor exercises with dumbells for strength, all set to music in a nightclub-like atmosphere.
