Duties

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during events, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Set up banquet tables, stations, and serving areas with precision and care
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes to meet presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event
• Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guests’ needs effectively
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
• Follow all food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure a hygienic environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or banquet service is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food handling, serving techniques, and food safety standards
• Experience in catering or event service environments is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality background or restaurant experience is advantageous
• Barista experience or familiarity with food industry standards is beneficial but not required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
