Experienced Florist

Job Summary
The Flower Lab is looking for a skilled and experienced florist to join our team. We are a modern floral boutique combined with a coffee shop, known for our unique designs, premium arrangements, and creative gift concepts.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about flowers, has a strong eye for design, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create floral arrangements (bouquets, boxes, event pieces)
• Handle daily flower processing and care
• Assist customers with orders and recommendations
• Prepare custom and special orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
• Support during busy holidays and events

Requirements:

• Previous florist experience required (this is a must)
• Strong design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability required
• Positive attitude and good customer service skills
