We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Services Coordinator with Excel proficiency to join the Enexia Pharmacy Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Administrative Assistant role requires a highly responsible and organized individual to support the Director of Pharmacy Services and contribute to the efficient functioning of the Pharmacy team.

Duties:

▪ Inventory and Cost Analysis: Assist in inventory management and perform cost analysis related to pharmacy operations.

▪ Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring smooth transactions and timely delivery of goods and services.

▪ Correspondence Management: Manage emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, responding to inquiries from facility nurses and other stakeholders as needed.

▪ Document Organization: Organize and maintain documents, records, and files related to pharmacy operations and business development.

▪ Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure necessary materials are available.

▪ Data Management: Input and maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems relevant to pharmacy and business development activities.

▪ Reporting and Presentations: Assist in generating reports and presentations for the Director using Microsoft Office or other relevant software.

▪ External Communication: Facilitate correspondence between external partners and the Director of Pharmacy Services.

▪ Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient in Excel.
Ability to prioritize work flow.
Pursues efforts to reduce/eliminate avoidable costs and errors.
High attention to detail and adeptness to follow-thru.
Capacity to work in high volume atmosphere.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
Metric-system math proficiency.
Knowledge of medical terminology and medications.
Outstanding customer service skills via telephone and email.
Word processing and basic computer skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
