Elevator Mechanic Troubleshooter / Adjuster

We are seeking a highly qualified elevator superintendent to support newly installed equipment and assist in resolving complex technical issues across a wide range of elevator makes and models, including:

• Schindler TXR5, Schindler 330A
• OTIS Gen2, OTIS 211
• KONE Ecospace
• MCE iBox, MCE 4000
• TKE 20, TKE 50
• DMC 1, ESI, Claddagh

The ideal candidate is experienced with modern service and diagnostic tools, including laptops, tachometers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes, and is comfortable working independently in the field.

Requirements:

• NYC Elevator Mechanic License
• Inspector’s License
• Strong troubleshooting and adjustment expertise across multiple controller platforms

Compensation & Benefits:

• Very generous compensation package
• Current Local 3 wages at $150,000-$170,000/year
• Company vehicle included
• Work primarily throughout the five boroughs, Eastern New Jersey, and Western Long Island
