Part-time, 10-15 hours weekly. Responsibilities include creating menus and diet plans for residents in accordance with NY State and OPWDD requirements, creating recipe instructions for staff to prepare meals; provide nutritional counseling with residents; maintain documentation; maintain fluid communication with all Nurses, participating in weekly clinical meetings and staff training meetings, consult with physicians and health professionals on the nutritional needs of individuals in residence.
Qualifications: Master's Degree preferred. RD CDN REQUIRED. Related experience required. Must have own transportation.
