STAFF ACCOUNTANT

PART TIME/FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements:

 

  • Accounting for businesses, including financial statements
  • Prepare and review personal, business, estates, trusts and multi-state returns.
  • Preparation of payroll and sales tax returns.
  • Must have 3-5 years of public CPA firm experience.
  • Client interaction and excellent communications skills.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks (desk top and online), Lacerte, Excel and Word.
  • 4+ years accounting degree – CPA or CPA candidate preferred but not mandatory.

 

Salary: Commensurate with experience
