“Pinfluencer” Content Creator

Rab's Country Lanes, Staten Island's destination to bowl, eat, & play, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Content Creator to join our team!  Rab's provides fun for the whole family, whether it’s bowling, enjoying the arcade, appreciating great food, or relaxing with drinks.  Rab’s is the place where everyone can escape the everyday grind and celebrate making memories.

As our “Pinfluencer”, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to share the stories that make Rab’s unique!  From our amazing guests to our dedicated staff along with the unforgettable experiences we deliver.  Your work will inspire new and loyal customers to join in on the fun!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Create and manage original content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy, for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and blog posts to support the social stories.
• Storytelling: Highlight the unique experiences of our guests and staff through creative storytelling that brings the Rab's experience to life.
• Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with promotions, events, and brand voice.
• Event Coverage: Capture and share highlights of in-house events, tournaments, fundraisers, and community activities in real-time or post-event.
• Marketing Support: Assist in crafting promotional materials, flyers, and campaigns to spotlight Rab's Kitchen, arcade, and bowling programs.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster engagement with customers and build an active online community.
• Analytics & Strategy: Track social media performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing preferred.
• Creativity: A flair for creating eye-catching visuals, witty captions, and innovative ideas that resonate with the audience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and style to fit Rab's fun and welcoming brand voice.
• Photography/Videography: Basic skills in capturing and editing photos and videos.
• Energetic Personality: A positive, outgoing individual who can reflect Rab's lively atmosphere in their work.
• Flexibility: Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends to cover events.

Grooming
All team members must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed professional appearance (specific standards available).

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
